There are two ways to pursue masters from University of Delhi, 1) Merit based 2) Entrance exam. The only way you can avoid entrance is through scoring at least 60% aggregate or equivalent grade in Bsc in Chemistry.

It means that the top scorers at their undergraduate level (in B.Sc Chemistry) at Delhi University itself would get direct admission for masters without the requirement of entrance. All colleges having the course would give admission to merit and entrance based candidates. The top colleges you should aim for if you hd a great score in B.Sc would be Hansraj, Hindu, Venky, Ramjas, KMC, IPCW etc.
