There are many IITs which are provide Btech dual degree program which is better than btech hons. Btech Dual degree program is 5 year integrated Mtech program. In which you will do both Btech and Mtech in 5 year.

In my opinion for btech however any branch you have to start preparing for jee main exam Beacuse this exam is helpful in getting admission in various top engineering college like IIT,NITs,IIITs and some state and center government colleges.If you get good score then you will definitely get a good college.There is counciling for jossa in which you can take part there will be list of all college which you can get.And you can try for some state engineering exams also.Many states organises there own exam too.So go ahead.And query regarding CS mostly all top college have CS branch which is very popular these days.
