As of now the colleges I know which have kashmiri migrant quota are : DTU, NSIT, PEC, IIIT D, IGDTUW, etc. State colleges in Maharashtra also have KM quota . These are some of the colleges which have KM quota . Some other universities like DU, Mumbai University,etc. also have KM quota. You may know more about it on their respective site.
