They are Andra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Himachal pradesh, Bihar, Uttarkhand, Kerala, Tripura, Chattisgrah. However, it is recommended to clearly read the guidelines as mentioned in the respective websites of the state.
