• Government Law College , Mumbai has
  one-year part-time PG Diploma Course in Securities Law and Diploma in Cyber Law as well.
• National Law School of India University, Bangalore offers PG Diploma in Cyber Law (in distance mode)

The degree program i.e. LLM specializing in Cyber Law and that too from Distance or part-time mode is offered by very few institutions. For your requirement, you can also explore human rights specialization. Otherwise, in most LLM's curriculum Cyber Law do form a small portion of the entire studies.
