Now if you have been provided the values of log or log table for small values is provided and you need to find the value of x then you can find the product and division of the numbers provided and the value you will get by comparision will be the value of x. i.e., for the given case, x = 2.389×0.004679/0.0056 = 1.99 ~ 2.
