The user name and password always remains one and the same, and that is the one you will be asked for if required during counselling.

What you can do now is check your device for any possible saved docs containing the info, or call/mail the exam authorities stating your problem.

Yes you need to enter same User ID and Password for Karnataka PGCET form filling an dchouce filling.





You can retrieve your lost details on your registered email address where you must have received LogInID Username and Password.



Once you get username you cn simply logon to lage and click forgot password.
