BSC agriculture is a good course. According to career360

Sam Higginbottom Institute of Agriculture Technology and Science, Allahabad  got 3.5 rating out of 5. The also provide placements from top recruitments company such as Aditya Birla Group, Paras, MTR, Reliance Digital, Mahindra, HCC, Though Works, AMUL , Nestle etc.

According to my point of view both college are best. But based on career360 rating I suggest you LPU University.
