Domestic students may apply for a tier-based scholarship programme at Lovely Professional University (LPU) based on their LPUNEST results or their cumulative grade point average from their 12th grade year. An overview follows:

Category I:

LPUNEST score at or above Category I cut-off, or aggregate grade point average of 95% or higher in the 12th grade.Scholarship Amount: Rs. 48,000. (Forty percent of the programme fee).After scholarships, there will be a semesterly fee of Rs. 72,000.

Category II:

LPUNEST score greater than or equal to Category II cut-off, or 12th grade cumulative grades between 90% and 94.99%.Amount of the Scholarship: Rs 36,000 per semester (30% of the programme fee). After scholarships, the semesterly applicable fee is Rs. 84,000.

category III:

A score on the LPUNEST greater than or equal to the Category III cut-off, or aggregate marks in the 12th grade between 80% and 89.99%. Rs. 24,000 per semester (20% of the programme fee) is the amount of the scholarship.After scholarships, the applicable fee is Rs 96,000 per semester.

There is an additional Rs 4,000 per semester examination fee in addition to the programme fee and scholarship structure. Depending on the applicant's country of residence, the programme fee for international applicants varies. The average international applicant must pay US $2,450 per semester in fees. The programme fee is Rs 120,000 per semester for students from Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Nepal, and Bangladesh, though.

The fee for B sc Hons Agriculture is Rs 120000 per semester.

Eligibility: To get admission, you should have passed with 60% marks in: (a) 10+2 or Intermediate (with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths or Biology or Forestry)+LPUNEST

or (b) 10+2 or Intermediate (Agriculture)+LPUNEST

or (c) 2 years Diploma in Agriculture after 10th or equivalent+LPUNEST.

Students are engaged towards evergreen agriculture, keeping in view the RAWE program to build interpersonal skills. The students are exposed to Commercial farms to get know-how that creates an opportunity for students to engage and tone up their endurance, confidence and management skills. Emphasis on case studies and interpersonal-based teaching to develop skills in analytical thinking and reflective judgment by reading and discussing complex, real-life scenarios are given.
