Candidates willing to appear for LUACMAT 2018 need to fill the application, and submit the same before the deadline. Candidates must note that the application form needs to be filled in carefully. Incomplete forms/ forms having incorrect information will be rejected by the officials.

The application fee is Rs 800. The application form can be obtained from the counter of National P G College and all participant colleges. Once the form has been filled, the same should be submitted on-line (by paying through Net Banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card) or at the counter of the National P G College. Downloaded and completely filled forms can be sent along with a Demand Draft of Rs 900 favouring National P G College payable at Lucknow may also be sent by post to the college.

To fill the application form online, candidates need to follow the below mentioned steps:

• Visit the official website
• Click on application form tab
• Fill the Online Application Form and note down system generated Application Reference ID
• Upload Scanned Images of Photograph, Signature and Last Qualifying Examination Mark sheet. The scanned images of photograph and Signature should be in jpg/jpeg format only. Size of the photo image must be greater than 20 kb and less than 50 kb. Size of the signature image must be greater than 1 kb and less than 20 kb. Size of the mark sheet image must be less than 200 kb
• The candidate will be able to modify/correct the particulars before the payment of fees. Once the payment of fee is made / e-Challan downloaded, candidate's particulars cannot be edited
• Pay Examination Fee by Net banking or debit/credit card
• The candidate should take print of confirmation page and keep it for future reference
• Hall Ticket / Admit Card will get activated after the verification of details including clarity of photograph, signature and mark sheet
