Lucknow Polytechnic college takes admissions through the UP state entrance exam. The lower age limit is 14 years and there is no upper limit. So, you can apply for the exam if you have appeared for the state level exam and would have to waste one year.
In case that you have already taken admission in Lucknow Polytechnic college in 1st year, then you can only take admission if internal sliding takes place.
