As per the National testing agency, the body which conducts NEET the eligibility to appear in NEET UG 2020 regarding marks is as that the candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% marks taken together in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology; The candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes or Other Backward classes (NCL) , the minimum marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology taken together in qualifying examination shall be 40% marks . In respect of PwD candidates as per NMC, CCIM and BoGCCH guidelines the minimum marks in qualifying examination in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (or Botany & Zoology)/Biotechnology taken together shall be 45%.
So in order to be be eligible to appear in the exam you should fulfil the above mentioned criteria. As in your case you can reappear for the exams and clear them, rather than taking re admission. There should be no problem regarding two results as the latest one will be considered.

You can give re-exam if you are confident that your preparation this time for exams are good. And if you want to start studying from beginning for class 12th, join the class. There will be no issue because of 2 results because you have to present only 1 result while applying for any competition. Taking re-admission will give you a benefit of learning 12th syllabus for NEET preparation also.
