m मैने भारत के गैजेट में name change करा लीया है and also done in adhar card, pan card, voter card, bank documents मे भी हो गया पर मेरे 10th 12th marksheets pseb मे name change नही हुआ अब मुझे कॉलेज में admission लेना है तो क्या नए name se admission हो सकती है मेरी मेहनत बेकार तो नही हो जायेगी

The name you have changed in more than 3 important documents but you have not changed your name in 10th class marksheet and admit and 12th class marksheet and admit. So there is no scope of taking admission in New name in any college unless you change your name in 10th class marksheet and admit and in registration certificate and in 12th class marksheet and admit. You have to apply to Respective board with the valid documents in which you have changed your name mentioning your reference of India Gazet in which you have changed your name by a notification is there.
