Hi mahima, for obc category, you can get the following colleges for 540 marks.
- Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital, Gaya(531)
- Darbhanga Medical College, Laheriasarai (532)
- Government Medical College, Bettiah (519)
- Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Sheikhpura, Patna (541)
- Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Bhagalpur(539)
- Nalanda Medical College and Hospital, Patna(539)
- Shri Krishna Medical College, Muzzafarpur(538)

Yes, With a score of 540 you can get a seat in the government medical colleges in Bihar when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of 519 was enough to fetch a seat in the Government medical college, Bettiah in Obc category under the state quota. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
