You can pursue M.Tech without a GATE score . Many universities offer alternative entrance exams or direct admissions.

For example, VIT Vellore conducts the VIT Masters Entrance Examination , and SRM Institute of Science and Technology has the SRMJEEE PG.

Some IITs also admit students without GATE scores under specific conditions. For instance, IIT graduates with a CGPA of 8.0 or above can apply directly.
