Hi,
I guess you mean that what will be the best if we compare M.Tech and B.Tech. Now, you must be aware that B.Tech is a graduation degree while M.tech comes under post graduation. It is quite difficult to compare them as they both are qualifications at different levels. B.tech is required to have a basic knowledge about the field you are studying in while M.tech will help you to choose your specialization. Also, at a professional front,B.tech will help you get a job but at the same time M.tech can help you to get better opportunities.
