To do any Btech or BE course, you need to clear JEE mains at least. The minimum eligibility to apply for JEE mains is you should have passed qualifying examination with

• Physics

• Mathematics

• Any one of (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject),

Since, you are from arts background, you will not be having these subjects, so you won't be able to apply for JEE mains and so you will not get admission in any engineering stream.

I am extremely sorry to tell you dear but if you are from Arts stream then you can not go for Electronic Engineering or any engineering .

If you wanted to do engineering then you needed to have done your 10 + 2 in science stream with physics chemistry and maths.

For example,  to be eligible for most popular engineering entrance i.e JEE Mains examination one needs to pass class 12th board examination with Physics,  mathematical  and anyone of Chemistry or Biology or Biotechnology or Technical Vocational Subject to be eligible for Btech /BE.

To be eligible for B.Tech Electronic Engineering, you need to qualify 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. Admission to B.Tech courses in various institutes are done through various entrance exams. Jee Main is one of the national level examinations through which one can get into B.tech colleges. If you had all the above mentioned subjects in your 12th, you can apply for entrance exams for engineering.
