Sorry to say but your answer is incomplete t so that makes it a bit difficult to answer.
You have not mentioned the name of the college or university you want to sit for and along with that you have not even mentioned the name of the course in which you want to do your MA.
As for now, no forms are out because of the COVID-19 pandemic. Every notification regarding any exam will be out once the pandemic will be in control. Till then wait and keep on checking the website of the college you want to take admission in for all the entrance exam related notifications.
