The eligibility is only your graduation marks. And the cut off will be declared by the university for different course.

There are no such colleges in Kerala but yes.. in  India , there are several colleges that offers M.A or M.Sc in Criminology such as :

• Tamil Nadu Open University, Chennai- Rs. 6600
• Lucknow University - University of Lucknow-Rs. 60320
