As per the rules, regulations, and guidelines laid out by the governing body of the JEE Mains, a candidate can appear for the JEE Mains thrice whereas can appear for the JEE Advanced twice in consecutive years provided the candidate satisfies the minimum eligibility criteria which are:
1. Passed class XII with at least 75 percent for General candidates and for reserved category candidates the percentage is 65.
2. The candidates should be a citizen of India.
So after overseeing your status, it's clearly evident that you are definitely eligible for 2020 JEE Mains.
