Ma'am i don't have a state OBC certificate of Himachal Pradesh but I have a central OBC certificate will it be helpful in getting admission in ESIC colleges through IP quota and will i be able to avail benefit of OBC quota along ?

The seat allotment for IP quota begins after the allocation to all india quota and state quota is completed. The available seats of 'Insured Person' quota will be pooled in on All india basis. The candidate must be NEET qualified and should be fulfilling following criteria:
- Must have central government issued certificate for SC/ST/OBC/PH ( true in your case )
- Minimum eligibility criteria as per Medical Council of India
- A valid 'Ward of Insured Person' certificate
- Should qualify the eligibility criteria for admission in MBBS courses as Indian Medical Council act 1956.
- Applicants are advised to refer the websites of affliating universities. For Mandi, Himachal Pradesh it is Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla
- The seat allotment will be online and is done on the basis of merit cum preference of institution.
- Candidates are requested to chech www.esic.nic.in (//www.esic.nic.in) regularly for further details
Since you have a central OBC certificate you need to also hold possession of 'Ward of Insured Person' certificate to get admission through IP quota in ESIC college.
