no ielts is mostly required for english speaking countries like usa,uk, canada,australia . russia and china dont require them because english is not the main language there. and doing mbbs there doesn't require this anyway. you need to go through what the requirements of the college you want to apply to are; they mainly see 12th marks and neet marks and take in students. they have separate english medium classes for their international students , so you dont have problem in class. in china its mandatory to learn chinese during the first few years of study for which they themselves provide you classes. but admission process doesn't require all these so you can go for it.

For 2019 the qualifying score is 134 for GEN and 107 for Reserved category. The admission process for MBBS in Russia is very simple. If you want to go Russia for your MBBS you just have to qualify NEET Exam, then you can apply for MBBS admission
Apart from this you need:
50% in 12th PCB stream
Valid Passport
NEET Score
Russia offers 6 years MBBS course. Most of the universities in Russia provides all 6 years in English Medium that is an important benefit for Indian Students.
