You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am  assuming  you from general category if you belong to any other category then do let me know in comment

If you are looking for Medical College with less fees than you should try to get into Government Medical College as in government colleges fee is nominal when compared to private medical college whereas in private medical colleges, even for Government quota seats  it will cost you at around 8- 10 lakh rupees while for management quota seats in will cost you nothing less than 40 to 50 lakhs rupees for mbbs.

But with just 450 marks in NEET examination you cannot get a seat in a government medical college if you belong to general category

For example,

in neet  2019, lowest marks required for general category for getting a mbbs seat in government medical college under UP state quota was 575 and it was for Medical College, Bahraich

But cut off marks  keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So , you should target around 600 marks to be on the safer side in your neet  examination
