Dear Amarjeet, you can work in ISRO after completing your MSc in Physics.
For joining as ISRO Scientist -SC (entry level). basic education qualification that you need is Msc or Btech. Msc can be in Physics, chemistry or mathematics. So complete your MSc in Physics and apply here as an ISRO scientist.
After Bsc physics you can join as Technical Assistant. For working as a technical assistant you need a Diploma in Electronics and communication/Telecommunication engineering.
ISRO also allows you with an option of part-time/correspondence study, after completing Msc you can get promoted to Scientist-SC.

after completing your B.S.c physics there are chance to work in ISRO as ISRO do release the vacancies for scientist and many other posts but ISRO do advertise their job vacancies on its official website , you should be in touch of the website to get updated yourself, you need to appear for ISRO exam as well , get checked on official website.
