Yes , you can apply for NEET 2020 as the age limit for NEET  - A candidate must have completed 17 years of age on my or before 31st December 2020. Upper age for candidates from general category is 25 years and 30 years for candidates from OBC/SC/ST categories.

The age criteria for a candidate to answer the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2020 is  that a candidate should have attained an age of 17 years on or before the 31st of December 2020. If you are below the specified age, you cannot answer this NEET 2020.
