Hi,

Income certificate is not compulsory. It will required when you applied for tfw seat. But if you not applied for tfw seat than it will not required.

For TFW seat income of your family is below 8 lacs per annum.

Only than you can apply for it.

If you are applying under EWS category then it's mandatory to show the income certificate so that you can prove your eligibility for that,also applying for any scholarship then you need to show income certificate.
