- The NTSE test pattern is the same for both phases of the examination process.
- Each portion of the NTSE question paper is divided into two parts: the MAT section and the SAT section. Both sections may be attempted in either English or Hindi.
- A single point is given for each right response.
- In NTSE 2021, there are no negative marking options.
- To finish the paper, you will have 240 minutes to answer all of the questions (120 minutes each for the MAT & SAT section).
- In the MAT (Mental Ability Test), questions are presented from analogies to classifications to decoding to pattern analysis to problem-solving to series to hidden figures and other topics as prescribed by the NTSE curriculum.
- In this part, the candidate's capacity to think, ability to observe and analyse, ability to assess, and reasoning abilities are all tested in the same manner.
- It is the goal of this part to assess the candidate's general awareness, reading ability, and interpretation skills in relation to many topics included in the SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test).
