Hi.
If you want to do btech you can do. If you have interest in btech you should do it. If you belong to sc/st then you can get seat in government college if you are general then you not even cleared the cutoff then you should prefer good private college . The admission process in good private colleges depend on college itself some take students from there own entrance exam some also take on the basis of jee score .
