Yes you can appear for NEET UG because you fulfils the basic eligibility criteria that requires at least 50% aggregate marks in PCB combination in 10+2, provided that you were pass in English subject as well. Now as you have done your graduation also so don't forget to check out about the NEET UG qualification codes, like either Code 02 or code 05,which would be Applicable on you.

To appear in NEET UG you need to satisfy some eligibility conditions :-
For 10+2 or equivalent :-
>>>>> You need to pass separately in theory as well as in practical of PCB.
>>>>> If you belongs to General/UR category then your aggregate of PCB (Theory + Practical) should be equal to or more than 50%(40% for SC/ST/OBC and 45% for PwD).
>>>>> You should be pass in English subject as well.
>>>>> Your minimum age should be more that or equal to 17 years by December 31st of the examination year, as per the current eligibility criteria.
>>>>> Now there is no upper age limit for NEET UG.
