Look The answer of your question is that if you want to speak or give a answer in English language you need to practice that language focus on your vocabulary, pronunciation etc. with the help of proper practice and hard work one day you can speak in English very fluently and properly. Remember this until you decide  to do hard work no one can teach you and there is no barrier to learn so, whether you are from English medium or Hindi medium it doesn't matter.

Here are some Points you can follow to improve your English :-

1. Start reading in English (books, Novels , newspaper)

2. Purchase a good dictionary (as you are good in Hindi language the you can buy the Hindi to English and English to Hindi dictionary or Oxford English dictionary  )

3. Focus on the grammar Start with basics and practice it daily.

4. Try to write something in English daily learn new words try to use them in the writing. this will raise your confidence and thinking in English or sentence making skills avoid grammatical mistakes while doing this.

5. If you find reading books or novels difficult then you can watch or listen the English news , web series, movies etc.

6. Try to make conversation with your friends and family in English as much as you can.

To improve the vocabulary and English grammar

Take a dictionary learn 3 words daily and try to use it in your conversation and at the end of the day try to write them with there exact meaning on your practice copy. To improve grammar understand the basics of grammar (parts of speech) first which ultimately improve the grammar.

1.Aapko Jo basic school ki grammer hoti h phle usko strong kriye

2. Next step aap ek acchi dictionary se vocabulary strong kre.

3.AGR English aati bhi hai tab bhi conversations m problem hoti h..then apko practice krni padegi in front of mirror

4.start conversations with yourself ,then start with your close friend for a month,uske baad app koshish kre officially baat krne I hope ye kam karega
