Ofcourse you can apply for b.ed .You just need to have graduation certificate.If you have done some honors you can use this certificate while applying for b.ed.At first you need to find the colleges which provide distance b.ed program.some of them i have listed below:

IGNOU

Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University, Bhopal

Tamil Nadu Open University

Apart from these if there are some colleges in your state you can go with that also.
