Yeah offcos you are eligible to write the JEE MAINS examination in the next year and in the application form you should be write it as an appearing candidate in Class 12th. Inorder to check the eligibility criteria for JEE mains you can also visit this below link;

Yes you shall be eligible for jee mains and you nay mention as Appearing status in Jee Main application form.
