main Rajasthan neet counselling ke 1st round mein alloted seat se free exit ho sakti hu kya?

In Rajasthan state NEET counseling, the candidates are eligible to free exit ROUND 1. However, there is no option of free exiting ROUND 2 if not reported to the college. Only if they resign on the spot, it is only allowed in ROUND 2 and applicable to non upgraded students.
