The answer to your query depends on your choice, whether you want to avail the reservation or not. You can choose to fetch a seat on General Category basis because you are asked to produce a certificate only in cases of reservation categories. And, the minority quota is provided only on the basis of religious communities. So, you can not avail the minority quota reservation by claiming yourself to be non-religious.
