Hello dear student,
As you said you have given your improvement exam of one exam . So dear student there will be no problem for you to give neet 2020. If the result won't come till the time of registration then you have to put your result status as awaiting. But you will get a seat through NEET in any government and private medical college only if you clear the eligibility criteria. You should must have physics, chemistry, biology as your subjects in 12th including English too. While you should must get minimum of 50% aggregate marks in PCB if you are general category student, while if you are SC/ST then you should get a minimum of 40% aggregate marks in PCB.
