It does not matter you have medical or non medical course after 10th class you can give all engineering entrance exam for getting admission in engineering college after 12th standard you should fulfill the minimum percentage criteria of board exam . So, as a medical student you can get admission for engineering based on your entrance score . Nowadays admissions are totally based on entrance performance .

Yeah definitely you can able to take the admission in any of the engineering colleges via JEE mains since you have Bio so you can able to do the engineering in branches related with bio like Bio medical, Bio informatics , Bio science etc. But yaah one more thing since you don't have maths in your class 12th so for writing the JEE mains you should have to learn some topics of maths also such that you can able to fetch more marks in JEE mains.
