Yes, you can pursue Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA) even though you didn't have Mathematics in BA. For most of the universities eligibility criteria for PGDCA suggests that the candidate needs to be a graduate in any discipline either it be BA,BCom,BSc,BBA,BCA,BTech,etc. However there are some universities whose eligibility criteria varies sometimes like IGNOU and Indian Statistical Institute (Kolkata) that demands Mathematics as one of the subjects in their graduate degree.
