The eligibility of students with Biology as an additional/ optional subject is in the supreme court but until it gives its judgement students, these students are eligible for NEET.

For neet 2022 there's still time left so in meanwhile if judgement comes then eligibility of biology additional students will depend upon the outcome of judgement.
So, as for now you can appear in the NEET examination.
Beside this there are further eligibility criteria;
-
Qualification required

- Minimum aggregate marks: General category aspirants must have passed the qualifying examination with 45% marks, while for SC/ST/OBC the minimum marks should be 40% and atleast 50% marks in physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology.

Hope this helps!!
All the best!!
