Aap apne naye naam se apne kisi b course/exam k form ko fill kar sakte hai.
Agar aapko name change karana hai toh aapko legal procedure follow karna padega neeche diye gaye sare ko follow karein :
1) Name change Affidavit banakar saath mein required details unko provide karein aur uspar public notary ka attestation le lein.
2) Ab aap apne kisi b 2 reputed newspapers mein apne name change ke bare mein diye gaye format mein mention karein.
3) next step mein aap apne naam ko notification k saath with required documents publish karana hoga ye central gazette, meaning gazette of India mein hoga.
4) uske baad jab publication publish hojayega tab aap usko e - gazette website se download kar sakte ho aur usko aap apne state board ya cbse board k procedure mutabiq with required documents upload karsakte hain.
5) aapko kuch ny karna padega bas wait for it to be corrected aur post k zariye aapko bheja jayega with updated name.

Sir ...name change ho gya h legal procedure kr through .but jub competitive exam ke application form fill karte h to waha affidavit attached karne ka option nhi hota .to waha old name ke document attach karne padte h..or students name me new name fill karte h .to esme problem hoti h .form new name se bhar rhe h or affidavit attached karne ka koi options nhi h..sirf old name ke certificate attech karte h..

Name change ho jane ke bad old name document me use karna illegal h kya.. please reply ... please please please please please please
Kahi par new name use karne me problem aa rhi h waha old name use kar sakte h kya . Like college and competitive exam application form and other type card
Mam competitive exam ke form new name se bhar sakte h. But document varification or interview ke time koi problem to nhi hogi na new name ko lekar .

Hello,
After changing your name you need to get an affidavit stating that your have changed your name and mentioned the name which you have changed. You need to publish the affidavit in local newspaper. Preserve the notice published in the newspaper. During document verification for admission or recruitment purpose you need to provide the affidavit which you have obtained. As you have changed the name you need to enter the new name in the application form. It is mandatory that you need to carry affidavit else your candidature may get cancelled if your details do not match.

Affidavit h.. newspaper me publish karwa diya tha or gazette h mere pas me...but competitive exam ka form bharte h to bahut sari exam ke form me affidavit attached karne ka option nhi hota .tub naam to nya bharna padta h or documents old name ke attach karne padte h .lekin new name ka affidavit kaise attech kare or documents ke sath .option nhi aata waha

You have to use new name. You need to provide the affidavit at the time of document verification as you do not always have provision to upload the affidavit at the time of application form filling.
