maine BBOSE board se 12th kiya hai.kya Mujhe Graduation me india ke kisi bhi University me Admission mil sakta hai

The Bihar board for Open Schooling and Education is a recognised board and yes if you have done your class 12 from BBOSE then you are eligible to appear in any entrance test to take admission in any University/college of India required you fulfil the other eligibility criteria set by each University or college board
