After 12th arts you can apply for BCA but there are many colleges where Mathematics & English is a compulsory subjects and in some of the colleges it is not compulsory.

If you have subjects like Computer science , Information practice or multimedia then you may apply for BCA programme. Otherwise you can appear for Maths or computer science subject separately from NIOS board then can apply for BCA programme .
