Dear student,

As you have given jee, and have cleared then you can again give jee exam if you have more attempt left. Otherwise get admission in some engineering college.
Because after giving jee exams your can get admission in many college. But if you haven't got admission anywhere, then dropping and preparing once again is the best option.

So, you have two choices - once again give jee mains by a good preparation ( if you have your attempts left) or take admission in some college to continue your studies. Otherwise, you can do a part time job somewhere or do the internships, or enhance your skill in which you are talented or good.
