- Healthy food : The food you consume should be healthy. Try to eat fruits green leafy vegetables etc.

Here is some tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle during Lockdown:
- Eating Healthy: Eating as healthy as possible is important not only for our physical health but for our mental health too. Try to eat the foods which will give you more and more immunity, like, Ginger, Cloves, Cinnamon, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Dried Fruits. You can also take vitamin supplements like, Vitamin C and Vitamin D.
- Sleeping Well: Sleep is essential for our bodies to repair the cells, clear toxins, consolidate our memories and process important information. Between six to nine hours of sleep is enough for every people.
- Stay Active: Try to do exercise every morning or afternoon. It will make your body feel good and will provide better sleep, reduce stress and anxiety.
- Stay Socially Connected: You need to talk, chat, video calling with your near ones, friends and relatives. That will make you happy. Healthy mind can give you healthy body too. And the most important thing is, stay home and stay safe.
