Yes, BSc agricultural is a graduate courss, and as long as you're pursuing your degree from recognized university, you can apply for any graduate level exams in government sector. The eligibility criteria may differ in terms of percentage. Like, in IAS, they ask for just graduation, and in few bank exams they ask fir 50% for ur etc. Otherwise, you're eligible for any government exams just like any other graduates
