Dear Souvik, IIT Kharaghpur doesnt have B.Sc in Physics in its Undergraduate Programmes. In Physics, IIT Kharaghpur offers 2 courses which are M.Sc Physics as a 5 year course and M.Sc Physics as a 2nd year course. Hi Souvik,
Look for IIT, it's all about JEE ADVANCED. Whatever the marks you have in 12th, doesn't matter. 12th marks will check only for eligibility criteria that is 75%,otherwise all with depends on your JEE ADVANCED rank.
So complete procedure - 1st you have to qualify JEE MAINS, then you have to sit for jee advanced & perform well there. At least you need to rank under 5k in jee advanced. Then you will have chance to get admission in IIT KHARAGPUR.
But IIT kharagpur does not offer bsc in physics, they offer integrated msc in physics, which is 5years course or you can do bsc from other colleges & after completing bsc, you can join IIT KHARAGPUR for Msc, which is 2 years course.
