For doing MBA after graduation candidates can be graduate from any any stream with at least 50% marks in aggregate. After that he or she should we qualify in National level entrance examinations like CAT,XAT,CMAT,MAT,NMAT,SNAP,ATMA,GMAT. After qualifying in entrance examination  with good marks in entrance test  for admission  in MBA courses candidates can get admission for MBA in top B schools in India. After graduation through entrance exam candidates can take admission in MBA in different specialisation with different specialisation like international business, information technology, data analyst, marketing, aviation, etc.

So I actually which subject you want to you have in in your college level it doesn't matter at all to study MBA. But preferably most of the student who go to to MBA are from engineering background and BCom background
