To be able to study M.Sc Pathology, you should have ideally studied Pathology as a subject in your Graduation. Or Candidates who have completed their courses like MBBS, BDS, Ayush, Physioytherapy also can study M.Sc Pathology. Or even Candidates who have completed their B.Sc in Micribiology, Biology, Biotechnology  can also pursue M.Sc Pathology. You haven't mentioned your highest qualification but if you have studied anyone of these courses, then you are eligible to study M.Sc Pathology.
