Sure you will get good college you rank is fine bot be a little smart,
dont go for any college under the people influence try in best colleges, while online councelling opt for top 3 because even in these colleges many seats remain vaccant at last and for this try spot councelling . 15% quota is for outside delhi , your rank is fine , not every one who will sit for online counceling will surely go into those colleges which makes your chancer higher so keep trying in top colleges. DO sit for spot councelling for sure<Remember this.
