In 2019, under State Quota, an All India Rank of 37846 was the cut off rank for AU Region female and the cut off rank for SVU was 43744. This was approximately a marks range of 400-450. But now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. AP has 1% reservation for CAP. But with a score of 434, you might fall short by few marks for a Government Quota seat in Private Medical Colleges. You might get a seat in Management Quota. Having said that, this is based on 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Dear Aspirant
At first congratulations and best wishes for your result. I am afraid to say that despite being reserved category candidate with this marks your chances to get government colleges are almost zero through All India counselling for 15% seats . You can still try in state counselling for remaining 85% seats . Different state counselling cut offs vary from each other.
For different states it depends upon several important factors like: availability of colleges, number of appeared and successful candidates, top NEET Score etc and in this year the cut-off marks of each and every college will definitely get increased on account of increasing of these previously mentioned determining factors.
However you have not mentioned your residential state in your question, so from your Careers360 profile I've found that you belong to Andhra Pradesh.
As we all know that Dr. NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada hasn't relesed the official cut-off details for top and eminent Government and private MBBS instituions till now, so I would like to recommend you to follow the previous year's (2019) details in this regard.
After thoroughly analysing 2019's informations, it'll be perfectly clear for you also that being a EWS student it's just impossible for you to grab any Government MBBS seat in any eminent Government instituion with marks. But if the financial condition of your family to quite good to afford 35-40 lakhs in next 5 years, then you can try for top private MBBS colleges. Now I'm providing you a list of those private Medical colleges which are enough suitable as per your expected marks in NEET UG 2020:
