Yes, you can get a govt job after passing from private medical college. But you would have to first clear the govt. entrance exams (if any) and further interviews.
You must complete your graduation from a recognized university, fulfill the eligibility criteria and the minimum age requirement. The recruitment for govt. doctors is through State PSC exams, for which every medical graduate/ post graduate is eligible to appear, valid degree holder In the end it is not your college but your hardwork that matters.
Rohith, MBBS is a professional qualification. And it does not really matter where you have studied from as long as your license is valid and you meet the eligibility requirements of the job posted. Yes, there are positions that are there wherein Candidates who have served in Rural Areas are given opportunities in few States. This is to honour the commitment of such Candidates. But studying MBBS from a Private Medical College is no determent to apply for an opportunity in Government sector should be eligible to qualify for the post.
